Kate Bowen co-owns a diversified, pasture-based farm in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Her life-long interest in nutrition led her to become focused on soil health and regenerative farming practices. Kate has worked on several farms and brings an ability to adapt to challenges and works to preserve her rural heritage. She is passionate about creating support systems for those new to agriculture, especially veterans.
