Matt Schaar is the Owner/Operator of E.D.S. Ranch in Gnadenhutten, Ohio. Entering the U.S. Army directly after high school in 2004, Matt was destined for the Airborne Infantry in the 82nd Airborne and then the 3rd Special Forces Group as a Special Forces Engineer and Intel Sergeant. Life was good. “After a combat injury in 2016, I was medically retired and took on a new role. Now I am the one responsible for raising two children, supporting a military spouse, and running our ranch; and I thought my last job was stressful.”
