Justin House operates a fourth-generation farm producing cotton, corn, and peanuts. He serves in the Air Force Reserve at the rank of Captain as the Chief, Business Transformation, Business and Systems Enterprise Directorate, Gunter AFB, in Montgomery, Alabama. Justin holds positions on the Monroe County Soil and Water District Board of Supervisors and the Monroe County Farm Service Agency Committee.
Born and raised in Alabama, Justin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Four days after graduation, he reported to Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. Justin served in various leadership roles, including Senior F-15 Avionics Program Manager – Eagle Division; FMS India Program Manager/Weapon System Liaison – Tactical Airlift Division; Executive Officer- Tactical Airlift Division; IMA to the Chief Engineer – Tactical Airlift Division; and Program Execution Group Division Chief – Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate.
After four years of active duty, Justin and his wife, Nicki Jo, moved their family home. In 2018, Justin graduated from Auburn University with an Executive Master’s in Business Administration. He now farms some 1.7k acres of row crops, while FeedHouse LLC bags and distributes the grains to local feed stores. In 2016 FeedHouse started a land management division to meet a need in the area. They now plant wildlife food plots, and spray invasive species in timber. The row crop farm is the heart and soul of the entire operation and Justin looks forward to passing it on to future generations.
