Paul Schroeder has been involved in growing Christmas trees since he was a teenager many years ago. He met his wife, Ruthie, while attending college at Madison, Wisconsin. They have three grown children who all sheared trees in their teens and all decided to live far away from the tree farm. In 1994 Paul became a full time tree grower. Twenty years ago he took on a young partner. Together they now produce 40,000 trees a year. Paul is a past president of the Wisconsin Christmas Tree Producers Association and the National Christmas Tree Association.
