Sarah Teague

Riata Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Oklahoma State University

Tulsa Program Manager

Sarah is the Tulsa program manager at the Riata Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Oklahoma State University and offices out of 36 Degrees North.

During her time in Tulsa, Sarah has worked with all different for-profit and non-profit industry startups ranging from healthcare, beauty products, food and children’s toys.

Most recently her efforts have been focused on growing the Riata Center to be a key player in Tulsa’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem by developing new programs and partnerships by working with local entrepreneurs, established organizations, alumni and students. She puts on events for established programs like Global Entrepreneurship Week, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week and the Tulsa Women’s Business Breakfast.

She also is the co-director of LeadHERship Spears, the first ever women’s leadership program for the students in the Spears School of Business. Sarah also was responsible for the Status of Women in Oklahoma report established in collaboration between the Spears School of Business and United We, a nonprofit based in Kansas City.

In her spare time, she serves on the board of 36 Degrees North and Stephenson Cancer Board of Advocates, volunteers with AutismOklahoma and is 2023 co-chair for the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball.

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a master’s in organizational dynamics with an emphasis on project management.
