Co-Founder
Sonja is a real estate land professional with KW Land in San Antonio, Texas. As the 5th generation of a farm and ranch family from the Kansas-Colorado border, she began her career in Real Estate in Albuquerque as a Commercial Office Leasing specialist. In 2019 she co-founded Real Estate GIS, and the company worked with land brokers in building, assessing, and presenting land and natural resources of properties for sale. In 2021 her team created GeoRanch, a resource to connect landowners with leasing ranchers. Earlier this year GeoRanch was awarded the Land Tech Accelerator Award from the Realtors Land Institute.
